This refill includes a few extra ingredients, but its based on the first beer I ever brewed back in February 2010, honey and Cascade hops add to the to taste.







Proud Papa Pilsner w/Pale Export
1 Can West Coast Pale Ale HME
1 Can Pale Export UME
1 Packet Cascade Pellet Hops
1 Muslin Hop Sack
1 Packet Dry Brewing Yeast (under lid of HME)
1/2 Pouch Booster™
1/2 Cup Pure Honey
1 Packet One-Step™ Sanitizing Cleanser

INGREDIENTS: MALTED TWO ROW BARLEY, HOPS, HOP EXTRACT, WATER, AND YEAST (Under Lid).

Fermentation, Carbonation And Conditioning Times:
21 days for fermentation
21 days for carbonation
28 days minimum conditioning at 50-70F
02 days minimum in fridge

Fermentation: 10-Apr/01-May (68-76F)
Carbonation : 01-May/22-May (68-76F)
Conditioning: 22-May/19-Jun (50-70F)

Brewer's Comments:
"This will be my ninth attempt at brewing beer, I'm trying to have at least 8 different styles for a July 4th weekend party. The Pilsner recipe I hope will produce a beer that is distinctive and drinkable, by myself and a few friends".

"The finished beer, when poured from a cold bottle onto the side of a clean glass, was clear with a light golden color and crisp with a nice head of foam".
